Over an eight-week stretch, one or two people can attend up to three classes a week to tone, tighten, and boost bodies. All fitness levels are catered for, with instructors mixing high- and low-intensity workouts.

What’s the story behing Motiv8 personal training?
Gavin McColl founded Motiv8 in 2003, after spending time as a personal training instructor (PTI) in the army, and decided to apply the same motivational techniques and goal-focused approach to civilian fitness.
What sort of approach do they take?
The Motiv8 personal trainers strive to achieve positivity, setting achievable goals, which get progressively more demanding as fitness levels improve. The trainers try to make each session varied, enjoyable, and challenging.
What is involved in the boot camp?
Each bootcamp session varies in its exercises and may include circuit training, resistance training, core stability and cardio vascular exercises. Each bootcamp is aimed towards improving stamina, endurance and core strength.
