The spa has received many a fine review from TripAdvisors. While some guests found spa areas modestly sized, reviewers greatly appreciated the quality of treatments, personable staff and calming atmosphere.

Just wanted to say how lovely the staff and facilities are at this spa/leisure hotel. Myself and two friends drove from Bristol for a spa day and to use the pool/facilities. Everywhere was clean, tidy and all of the staff were helpful and lovely to talk to. Complimentary hot drinks and cheap, hot meals for lunch was over and above what we expected. We will definitely come again. Thank you.
