Like many junctions, the crossing of spiritual and physical roads can be made clearer with calming signs and well-placed traffic enlightenments. Take your wellbeing up a gear with today’s Groupon: £18 for 60 minutes of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy from In-Stillness.
The guiding light of In-Stillness, Elise Parsons, has been inspired by fifteen years of yoga study, travel, and BCST learning to help others with therapies that are designed to recognise the partnership between physical and spiritual wellbeing. Elise was taught the principles behind Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) by one of the founders of the Karuna Institute, Franklyn Sills, and aims to use this direct learning to benefit her clients’ wellbeing. Her clinic is located within The Practice Rooms, a multidisciplinary complementary therapies clinic close to many of Bath’s City Centre attractions, including the Roman Baths, and the Podium Shopping Centre.
An hour of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy aims to maintain feelings of personal peace and physical wellbeing. Supported by the theory of gently manipulating the positions of the bones in the head, Elise is trained to help promote relaxation in clients from all walks of life.
