The Session
Three or six sessions will all begin with the placing of six treatment paddles on the body, such as thighs, abdomen or chin. As low levels of laser energy are emitted, customers will be able to sit back and relax. Once the treatment is complete and all paddles are removed, a 15 to 20-minute cardio session can be undertaken for best results.
