Customers can sweat it out with ten 15 minute vibrogym sessions, which will consist of using a vibrating plate to stimulate muscles during conventional exercises (£8 per session). A full month's membership at the gym (£39) is also included for access to the leading facilities and encouraging atmosphere. An initial health questionnaire must be filled out before the first session, after which customers can gain a better understanding of plate tectonics.
