A sovereign of spice, Sultan sits majestically on Bath Road where it can show off its regal, modern outfit and treat hungry families to some traditional Indian delicacies. The restaurant is open all week long, catering for lunchtime munching or a sub continental evening feast. Starter options read like an A-V of Indian light bites and include hearty nibbles such as aloo chop (£3.15) and vegetable or lamb samosas (£2.95). The royally ravenous and either one or three equally peckish friends will each be able to select one of these to marry with one of the tandoori, balti, or house special main dishes. Options for the main contender include pathila (£6.95): hot tender strips of chicken prepared with very special herbs and spices, alongside a number of chicken or lamb and biryani dishes.
Sultan Indian Restaurant has yet to be reviewed by many customers although a selection have left positive feedback online.
Good Food - Great Prices Great service, good food, decent prices and sizable portions. I can recommend this establishment.
