Owned by its eponymous Formula One hero, Eddie Irvine Sports is an adrenaline-fuelled hub of rubber burning, sharp shooting, and lifting of competitive spirits. The indoor activity centre sees a miniature race track whizzing past football pitches next to battle fields for laser combat and paintball. Those who fancy more slow-paced sports can dig in to snooker and virtual golf, and all sportspeople can recoup with a pit stop of burgers, hot dogs, and snacks. 
After being suitably suited and booted racers can race at cheek-tickling speeds as they hop into one of the BizKarts Evo2 270cc wagons, specially tampered with to keeps speeds up and emissions low. Roadsters will tear up the 340m track, expertly designed to pose a challenge to experienced professionals as much as pedal pushing newbies. Those revved up for more can grab an extra 30 minutes for £15, or anyone looking for a stealthier challenge can take on the 4000 square foot Laser Combat zone for a 50% discount.

The race track is big and all indoors. All race suits, gloves and helmets provided, plus a short safety DVD. Those karts really go fast. There was a group of adults on after us, about 15 or them now that would be fun, can't wait to my next visit. [sic]
