Head chef Chris Kwan has worked at restaurants in London, and as well as a wide range of over fifty dishes, he has concocted some superb drinks specifically for the Ginza menu.

The staff were fantastic, as I needed a lot of advice as to what to choose, they were more than happy to oblige, and have even given me some hints for dishes to try of future visits.
