While all the eating and drinking was going on we were trying to pick the winning greyhounds on the track and at the shelbourne [sic] track on the TV screens, which was great craic. I would like to point out that the staff were very attentive, friendly, informative and checked the table throughout the night to make sure that everything was alright.
