Like the moon, lunch works in daily cycles, is important for human survival, and features gigantic quantities of cheese. Explore culinary space with today's Groupon: £26 for a two course lunch for two including large glass of house wine each at Ten Square Hotel.
Chefs gather up top ingredients like locally reared beef and
flavour-fresh seafood to harvest a rich menu grown at Ten Square Hotel's
restaurant. The Grill Room plays host to a cosy, wood-lined interior which sees rows of wine bottles uncork sleek wall adornment and paintings of cows provide quirky displays. Nourishing an artful boutique hotel, the restaurant boasts a city centre location, found directly behind City Hall.

Hungry pairings can begin their two course lunch with a starter such as a traditional prawn cocktail (£7) or melt-in-your-mouth honey baked brie £6.50. For the main event, a sumptuous selection of dishes proves a tricky decision. Diners might opt for the roast breast of chicken, generously accompanied with champ, roast potatoes, root vegetables, herb and onion stuffing, and gravy (£15). Those opting for a dessert instead of a starter can choose from a selection including a flat baked rich chocolate fudge cake served hot or cold with ice-cream (£5) or a sweet crust pastry filled with cinnamon apples (£5). A large glass of house wine each can further romance palettes and provide fruity accompaniment to the meal.

Reviews
The Grill Room and Bar at the Ten Square Hotel is rated a satiating 4/5 stars on OpenTable. Diners praised the dishes they were treated to and also shared positive feedback for the attentive service.
I started with the "Baby-back" ribs and they were outstanding - the tender meat just peeled off the bone, and there was plenty of it. The sauce which accompanied it was some type of barbecue concoction and was delicious. I was in the mood for Fish and Chips, which came humorously packaged in newspaper (the way chippies used to do it), and it was a great meal.

I had the chicken pow pow with a side of thai noodles. It was excellent. It also had the best desserts of all the restaurants we went to and believe me, there were some amazing ones.
