The facility's four acre lake comes complete with a jetty, and is stocked to the brim with fabulous fishies that include rainbow trout and brown trout. The fishery is located just outside Carrickfergus, and also offers an angling shop, rowing boat hire, and a car park for those who don’t arrive by water.
Keen fisher folk can reel in up to four hours of catch and release fly fishing. Anglers have the choice of opting for a conventional bankside cast or wading out into the rippling waters in search of their quarry. The jetty is also open for use, and the facilities will welcome visitors anytime between the hours of 9am and 9pm.
