As a registered charity for owl conservation, The County Antrim centre provides a specialist refuge for owls from all over the world, and its enthusiasm extends to snakes and spiders. School visits are welcomed with a play area for littl’uns, and an experienced falconer also offers hawk walks. Visitors are catered for by the site’s cafe, serving hot and cold drinks and snacks.
The owls await a family of four, who can increase their knowledge of wildlife and encounter birds such as hawks and kestrels along the way. The centre’s petting park offers an opportunity to get closer to other furry animals, while the crawlies cavern provides chills and thrills.
