The experienced team crack the whip on adipose tissue at a venue in Slough Trading Centre and when not running their group sessions they also offer individual nutrition consultations as well as personal training. The team’s website also houses a regularly updated fitness blog where training routines and a variety of tips are offered for those looking to supplement their organised training sessions.
Ten body blasting sessions are available, with a spread of 60 minute classes running on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings and evenings and Saturday mornings. The sessions are jammed full of group activities and solo circuits. All high intensity classes are designed to raise heart rates and set recruits on the path toward their weight management and fitness goals. Clients will also receive an individual consultation where they can discuss their fitness fantasies with one of the team’s workout wizards.
