Saddling up with a range of lessons, livery, and long treks, Horsepower Equestrian keeps horses busy under the sun-dappled leaves of their 40-acre Lichfield farm. Eager novice equestrians to advanced carriage drivers dot the lush green fields of the centre, when indoor and outdoor arenas run rings around traditional lessons. Jumping across show and dressage events, the centre aims to expand its equine mission with a newly built tack shop and weekly pony club meetings.
After donning a riding helmet for a 20 minute assessment, riders can set off on an hour and a half countryside ride over hill and down dale, accompanied by up to seven other horses and their respective riders. The trek will cover farmland steps and take in some scenic views, with riders separated by ability to ensure the experience is relaxing, enjoyable and informative for all.
