About Wavefront LASIK Eye Surgery

The operation is performed under local anaesthetic, and involves surgically creating a corneal cap, which can be folded back to allow the utilisation of laser therapy inside the cornea to help ensure bright eyes. Once this has been achieved after about 20-30 seconds, the corneal flap is repositioned and it adheres to the underlying corneal substance without the need for any unflattering stiches.

The Sessions
The treatment will begin with a consultation to establish suitability and assess the eyes in question. The sessions are suitable for shortsight of up to -7.00D and longsight up to +3.00D, with or without astigmatism.
Aftercare
A series of post treatment checks will be carried out before clients are discharged, and customers can return for repeat check-ups for up to one year after the surgery.
