Performing Ayurvedic treatments within a David Lloyd leisure club, Flitz Herbal and Holistic Centre applies ancient therapeutic methods to the contemporary spa experience.
With single and double treatments rooms available, one or two guests can find respite in 90 minutes of pampering. 10 aromatic minutes in a steam room will open up pores before a 40-minute facial works its Ayurvedic magic on complexions, using a personalised selection of botanically concocted products from the Vedic Line.
An Ayurvedic massage will soothe heads, necks and shoulders in another 40 minutes with the help of herb-infused heated oils. Donning their own towels and swimwear, clients may then spend the rest of the day putting their feet up in the David Lloyd leisure club, where the facilities include outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna and a steam room.
