During an around 45 minute appointment, barnets will be trimmed and tamed to customer's desire, the stylists burnishing them with new and headier silhouettes. Tresses will also be treated to a glossy conditioning treatment which seeks to leave locks soft and smooth.

The hair stylist was very chatty and made you feel at ease. After this it was time for the make up, she explained everything she was doing, and on completion I was asked if I was happy with the look, which I was. During this time the refreshments were still being offered.
