The owner of this authentic Indian restaurant has showcased his creative and contemporary Balti recipes on MasterChef Live. The Wolverhampton based eatery is newly refurbished, and services diners with an intimate team, including a head chef with 15 years of flavourful experience. Offering outdoor catering, party packs, and a spicy six-course celebration menu, Café Rickshaw allows exploratory taste buds to roam, whatever the occasion.
The Indian banquet skips out troublesome selection issues, inviting diners to share the entire contents of the tasting menu in twos or fours. Poppadoms will kick-start proceedings, and can be enjoyed with either red or white house wine, or a cobra beer.
