The first Birmingham restaurant to serve Wagyu fillet steak, a type of beef known worldwide for its natural flavour and juiciness, The Chameleon is an architecturally stunning venue located in the centre of the city. The chandeliers change colours in keeping with the name, and the Green Room, where you will be dining, offers a packed menu with a delectable variety of dishes from Asian fusion to traditional British fare.
