Fresh bean aromas waft from the bar and coffee lounge, where days spent at Alton Towers or Cadbury world can be brought to a comfortable end. The restaurant serves up a menu of locally sourced, seasonal dishes, and plenty of parking bays ensure motors can enjoy an overnight stay too.

Take a step back in time with a visit to Shugborough Estate, a National Trust heritage sight with 900 acres of parkland to roam through, and costumed characters living out history in the mansion itself. Rail: The hotel is approximately two miles from Stafford rail station, which connects to Birmingham New Street and Liverpool Lime Street.
Road: Leaving the M6 at Junction 14, drivers can reach the hotel which is just off Eccleshall Road.

Stayed here on a trip back with my husband, staff friendly, and food fantastic value for money, also the room we had was very clean and could not fault the hotel. Will book again
