About the event
The tastiest day out has arrived in the form of the BBC Good Food Show Winter, exhibiting at the NEC Birmingham and showcasing 2500 world class cheeses, cheffing, and a thick soup of cheffy celebrities. Other tasteful making, baking, and masticating features include The World Cheese Awards and the CAMRA Great British Beer Experience. With live demos from Masterchef and other big names in the kitchen, the show gives both artisan food producers and artisan food enjoyers a well-paced run for their supper. Celebrated chefs in attendance include Rick Stein, Dhruv Baker, and Michael Caines.
Other attractions
Full bodied British flavours can be discussed with fully energy-efficient kitchens, to help with keeping and eating green. A Christmas tutorial timetable can solve some cake conundrums, while the M&S Experience can create some edible answers.
