Located in the Selly Oak/Bourneville area of Birmingham, Bohemia serves up fresh and contemporary British cuisine with its own stamp of individuality. Head Chef and co-owner Ross Parnall has 12 years of gastronomic training under his belt having been trained in a professional capacity by a former Savoy chef and midlands restauranteur. Having gathered extensive experience in all areas of catering he decided to settle down and do what he believes in: create top-quality fusion dishes using professional and traditional prepoaration methods. His passion for fresh ingredients has resulted in the fact that all vegetables have been hand-picked from local allotments, and much of the fish and meat are organically sourced to the Warwickshire area.
Bohemia’s fantastic menu changes every month and is heavily reliant upon season – the hallmark of a great restaurant. For a fantastic lunch we advise you to try the spicy minced lamb skewers with honey mint dip and and salad, or if you’re not so keen on meat then the chickpea, spinach and mushroom dhal with toasted pitta bread really hits the spot. For a more elaborate fair then why not call round later and sample the delicious dinner menu.
