Far from incidental, the high-altitude experience of the award-winning Fuji Restaurant offers discerning diners a minimalist world of understated decor balanced by a multi-coloured menagerie of authentic Japanese fare. Offering a wide range of tempting traditional tidbits, the creative chefs at Fuji don't simply rely on the old standards of teriyaki, tempura and yaki tori, opting instead for an inspired arrangement of these traditional triumphs alongside other fine flavours and delicate delights.
Groupon gliders can dismount the morning merry-go-round and treat up to three others to a Japanese lunch at Fuji Restaurant. none of us were disappointed. the Gyoza dumplings were delicious, the sashimi and sushi selections we had (spicy tuna roll, alaskan roll, tuna and salmon sashimi, and tempura shrimp roll) were all fresh, gorgeously presented and delicious.

The bathrooms to top it off were modern and immaculate, the restaurant was clean, with a convivial atmosphere. There were a few large groups of people whom were thoroughly entertained sitting around the hibachi whilst the chef prepared the food with acrobatic utensil displays.
