The Ramada Sutton Hotel rates a plush 4/5 on TripAdvisor. Guests praised the pleasant staff and the hotel amenities, but a few guests felt parts of the interior were a bit dated.
Will definitely stay here again. Have stayed in plenty of chain hotels before and they can sometimes be bland and automatic. Here though, you feel welcome and the surroundings and buildings are warm and nice.

...the breakfast room was very busy but even so the staff coped admirably, no waiting for items to be replenished. The greatest asset at the hotel is undoubtably [sic] the staff pleasant, helpful and professional.
