We went to a show at LG Arena for a show and it only took 5 minutes to walk from the hotel, ideal. I've stayed in many 5 star hotels wher [sic] the staff have not been as helpful and friendly as here.

The rooms are of a good size, en-suite (lovely walk in shower with plenty of soap!), TV, tea and coffee making facilities and spotlessly clean. The staff are always helpful and friendly and they do have a good restaurant should you need a meal and of course a bar.
