About Hillmotts Retreat
Getting fitness-seekers up and at 'em, Hillmotts Retreats make the most of the Great British outdoors by offering fitness retreats and boot camps in attractive rural settings. The focus is on wholesale wellbeing as Hillmotts mixes a healthy spread of exercise classes such as boxing and yoga with more earthy workouts like hiking, powered by the essential fuel of three healthy meals each day. Mealtimes are also the focus of group discussions about healthy eating and the nutritional content of meals, so that participants leave the camp informed as well as refreshed. 
The Venues
The boot camps are located in the sprightly spots of the Cotswolds, Dorset and the Peak District, with each place offering its own unique terrain. In the Cotswolds, fitness-seekers will find a heated outdoor swimming pool (available during the summer months) and tennis court providing extra workouts for those not defeated by the day's activities. Meanwhile boot campers making their way to Dorset will find themselves in the company of spa facilities, with an indoor pool joining a sauna, hot tub and gymnasium. The northernmost location in the Peak District is beautifully situated in the National Park and offers guests Wi-Fi access as well as a TV lounge area and a games room.
