The Session
An initial 45 minute consultation and chiropractic assessment will include a postural analysis, and physical examination, as well as a comprehensive health questionnaire. Finally, a group workshop will introduce a few preventative hints and tips, plus exercise advice to maintain a healthy spine, and some dietary nuggets of wisdom.
