Though fitness can be hard to find, it can often be arrived at eventually if one plays hide-and-seek energetically enough. Close your eyes and count to eight with today's Groupon: £14 for eight fitness classes with Lishi.
An ancient Chinese system of exercise and energy development, Lishi is a form of meditation in motion that shares similarities with yoga, t'ai chi, and kung fu. The practice's movements make full use of the body while engaging the mind, and are designed to increase strength, flexibility and fitness with some Taoist philosophy thrown in for good spiritual measure.
With Lishi centres spread across the North, attendants can find their inner high kick at any of 12 locations in York, Bradford, Leeds, Harrogate, and Saltaire. The classes last one to two hours and are taught by highly experienced instructors who tailor each session to participants' requirements.

Groupon Says
The Groupon Guide to Giving Flowers
Giving flowers is a great way to say the things you feel too awkward to put into words, like "I love you", "Thinking of you", or "I didn't know she was your sister". Here's how to do it right:
Product sourcing
If you can't afford a fancy bouquet from a shop, mums are always thrilled with a hand-picked arrangement. At least until they see what you've done to the garden.
Picking the right posie
Beautiful as they may be, a bunch of Dog’s Tongue, Toadflax or Stink Eye doesn't sound pretty. Always go with the Latin name - it makes you look clever, too.
Longevity
All flowers wither eventually, but some go quicker than others. Look for flush leaves, firm stems, and no sign of a pension plan.
Personal stamp
Nothing says "I’m yours" like a thoughtful bunch of blooms, but nothing says "no you’re not" like forcing a sack full of mulch back through their letterbox.
