About Teeth Whitening
Teeth whitening is charged with making sure that years of regular tea partying, wine sipping, and other dental whoopsies don’t leave such a visible mark on the pearly whites. After a solution is applied to the teeth, they will then be exposed to intense light, which accelerates the whitening process.
The Merchant
Drawing the curtains on discoloured teeth, Pure White Smile takes to the beauty stage with state-of-the-art teeth whitening technology. The studio is found brightening smiles on Grantham Road, a short walk from London Road train station. As well as offering treatments from technicians, the company sells whitening pens and retractors for clients wishing to recreate the dentist's room at home.
The Session
An initial consultation will be used to assess suitability and discuss expectations of the treatment. Clients will then sit back as the lasers get to work, applying three 10-minute bursts of light to teeth over a session lasting up to one hour. Those wanting to maintain optimum results can return at a later date for two whitening sessions, at £69 each.
Aftercare
Sensitivity, or a minor tingling sensation, is sometimes experienced during the teeth-whitening treatment and for a short while afterwards, but these cases are rare and the sensation will dissipate. Clients are advised to avoid tea, coffee, and wine for 48 hours following the treatment.
If found to be unsuitable for the treatment, then a full refund will be available.
