Fitness fans of all experience levels can participate in the special workout, during which 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises are performed in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The popular class is designed to work on strength, flexibility and posture, and aims to leave muscles loosened and relaxed.
