About Chiropractic
Tending to the aches and pains of joints, ligaments, tendons and nerves, chiropractic uses manual therapy to manipulate the spine and soft tissues of the back and neck, as well as other creaky joints in need of a good rub down. Chiropractors can also use techniques such as ice, heat, and exercise. Additional treatments can also include hands-off approaches, such as exercise instructions along with health and lifestyle tips.

The two owners put to work 35 years' experience, tending to clients of all ages and toe touching abilities. Sitting happily in Hove and Haywards Heath, the clinic opens its doors six days a week and late into the evening on weekdays.
The Session
Lasting 45 minutes, the consultation will feature a physical examination and spinal X-rays if required. Clients will then return for a second appointment, receiving a full report of findings and adjustment treatment lasting 20 minutes. At the third appointment, another 20 minute adjustment will be performed, continuing the work of the previous session. In addition, clients can attend an educational lifestyle support class, lasting 45 minutes and giving advice on areas including diet and exercise.
