A sandy step back from Brighton's waterfront, the split-level restaurant is tastefully adorned with elegant seating, chandeliers, plant life and the illumination of skylights. Italian offerings range from regional tastes to modern takes on classic culinary quirks, with the wine menu specifically designed to complement the dishes.
Baby lobster and crayfish salad with avocado trimmings, a foie gras mousse, and fresh mussels in white wine and garlic chilli sauce swim among the starters of the Gold Set Menu. Taste-buds can also feast on main courses of farmhouse sausage and mushroom risotto, pork fillet medallion, or lemon sauced sea bass, and finish off with a coffee and sweet for dessert.
