Promoting might across Brighton and Hove, the team offers sport specific training programs, personal training, and sessions for those who want to get into a different shape, whether it’s hourglass or inverted triangle.

Each 45 minute outdoor boot camp session is a high intensity mix of cardio and strength training. Classic equipment, such as kettle bells and dumbbells, is used alongside prowler training sleds and TRX suspension apparatus to get hearts pumping and muscles flexing. Morning and evening sessions are available, with classes held at two Brighton locations.
