The carpaccio starter serves up a prosciutto choice of lamb, smoked tuna, or wild boar, with wild rocket, pecorino and olive oil (£8.95), with other dishes featuring bruschetta all Toscana with mozzarella, olives, and marinated tomatoes (£5.95), or the seafood platter swimming with white bait, king prawns, and scampi (£7.50).
