After 11 years as a Royal Marine, Jason Hodge knows all about achieving front line fitness, and with an additional decade of personal training experience under his belt he gives weakness and flagging motivation their marching orders. Putting fitness recruits through manoeuvres on Knowle West Health Park sessions are packed full of net crawls, rope pulls, sprints, and reconnaissance missions on squirrel outposts. When not putting muscles through their paces Jason also helps loosen them up, providing reiki and Swedish massage.

Each 60 minute session will be a high intensity mix of cardio and resistance exercises designed to engage all major muscle groups. The intensity will increase gradually throughout the sessions and clients can do as much or as little as they feel able, meaning no one is left behind. Classes are available throughout the week, with a selection of early morning and evening sessions on offer.
