About the event
In a symphony of sing songs, expressive arts, and animals, the World of Music, Arts, and Dance mini festival celebrates creative forces from around the world within the 12 acres of Bristol Zoo. Musicians from all corners of the world will grace the stage in an explosion of melodic diversity, while workshops get children in to the beat, and grown-ups can sip on some local real ale. The one-off evening event is tailored to be family friendly, granting guests a peek at some of the zoo’s moonlight dwellers alongside a global bazaar selling worldly goodies, and plenty of opportunities to stretch their dancing muscles.

Other attractions
Having taken in the park by night, visitors can also collect a standard entrance ticket to use at any point during the following six months. Furry residents like Asiatic lions and red pandas abound, as the butterfly forest offers an experience of colourful fluttering, and the bug world offers a peek at a not-so-cuddly array of invertebrates. Talk and feeding times throughout the day offer insight in to the zoo’s conservational commitments, while a stroll around the gardens provides international botanicals, and kids can get impersonating in the adventure playground.

A great Zoo. Fantastic up-to-date information for both kids and adults. Plenty to see and do. Food and drink available and lots of toilet facilities for the disabled and babies.

This is the best zoo we have been to. There's great variety of animals and the enclosures are all different. We were there for approx 5 hours and didn't get to see everything! The rope jungle is great fun for those who don't mind heights and we especially loved the tunnels under the seal and penguin pools.
