Transferring their skills at the in-house training academy, the comb-wielding crew of hairdressers preach what they practice to novice and seasoned stylists.
Appointments will begin with a consultation with new Artistic Director Clair Swinscoe, during which patrons can sip on a glass of bubbly or a soft drink. After a shampoo, a conditioning treatment will be applied to hair, as clients sit back and enjoy a soothing head massage. Finally, the stylist will employ open ears and nimble hands to produce a customised haircut and bouncy blow dry.
