Students looking to rise to the challenge of bread making can enjoy a three hour combination of demos and hands on practicals, taught within a beautiful barn conversion amidst the countryside of the Forest of Dean. Learning how to bake oven-bottom breads, pupils will get to grips with ingredients, equipment and methods, as well as producing their own small loaf and six rolls to take home.
