This is a great salon - I have been coming here for IPL laser hair removal and despite feeling a bit nervous about it the staff are friendly and totally put me at ease (I found out it doesn't hurt a bit anyway!) The salon is clean and nicely decorated and the shop on the ground floor sells all sorts of pretty nick-nacks too - perfect for a gift or when you want to treat yourself. My only complaint is that they can sometimes be difficult to get on the phone!
