Putting the fun in fundamental fitness, the qualified instructors at JJM Fitness run a motivational outdoor boot camp with a training style that is high five focussed and individual goal-orientated. When not conspiring with the elements to get people in shape, the team also runs private indoor sessions at gyms or in clients' homes. The trainers keep the emphasis on functional strength, mixing up routines to keep clients on their toes and the eye of the tiger constantly watching.

The outdoor fitness sessions are held on The Downs on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm, Saturdays from 9.30am, and Sunday mornings from 9am. Each high intensity class lasts an hour, with free weights, resistance bands, and the odd spot of squirrel chasing all employed so the whole group can hit every major muscle group and get hearts pumping.
