Maximum weight is 15.5stone and weight must be in proportion to height. Valid for 16-55 year olds. Ages 16-17 must obtain written parental consent on the membership agreement form, and a parent must be the witness on their medical declaration form. Ages 18-39: please read the "notes for parachutists‟ on the medical declaration form. If you have any medical concerns, please see your Doctor and ask him/her to sign and stamp the form if you are deemed fit. Please bring the form with you on the day. Jump is weather/light permitting, if conditions do not allow for it it will be scheduled for a mutually convenient date.
