The bar area is very inviting and cozy [sic] with a homestyle fire place and wonderful views of the secluded garden area. You can take a light meal in here should you wish, but this is more of a special occasion, evening restaurant and it's here that No. 4 really shines. Wonderful food and a wonderful setting.

I went to No. 4 recently and was truely impressed by the quality of the food. I had creamy butternut squash soup to start with white crusty bread - perfect for dunking! For the main I had the duck and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is lovely, quiet and intimate
