Constructed less than a year ago, SBL Sports is a large, multipurpose fitness centre boasting floodlit tennis courts, dance studio, gymnastics studio, gym, conference suite, café and therapy rooms. The centre holds regular classes in street dance, yoga, tae kwon do, step conditioning, Pilates, cycle fit and karate and is based in the grounds of its namesake school.

Gym bunnies get ten one-hour sessions of Zumba dance fitness. Created in Columbia in the mid-90s, Zumba is a Latin-flavoured dance fitness programme that blends choreography from samba, salsa, hip-hop, merengue, mambo and martial arts with high-energy South American rhythms to create an effective cardio workout. An experienced instructor will lead the sessions with an easy to follow routine consisting of alternating slow and fast sections combined with resistance training to help tone muscles and burn calories.
