Behavioural therapist Barbara Stagno is the mastermind behind Renaissance Fitness, combining a background in psychology with rigorous fitness training to encourage healthy lifestyles. From women-only boot camps and personal training sessions to trimmed-down nutritional plans and eight week pilates courses, Barbara aims to help people manage their weight and get on the road to increased fitness.

The course of eight sessions takes place on consecutive Wednesdays, and welcomes all abilities from part-timers to Pilates professionals. Clients can check in on either 18 January or 15 February to begin a weekly morning or evening regime of controlled breathing, alignments, and careful strengthening of the core muscles.
