Grand and majestic yet charming, The Mansion House is nestled within Bedfordshire’s 500-acre Old Warden Park, a rural gem approximately 30 miles from the M25. The historic country mansion is a popular venue for weddings, with six licensed settings for civil ceremonies, luxurious spaces for receptions, and in-house event co-ordinators to do all the hard work. Nuptials aside, The Mansion House is home to other events, including corporate conferences, family festivals, and general deluxe stays in any of 15 plush, en-suite bedrooms. 
As a royal treat, The Mansion House is hosting a Medieval Family Fun Day during the extended June bank holiday weekend. Families of four are welcome to view and participate in Middle Age events, from archery to falconry. Modern families can watch feudal villagers cook and skilfully craft bows, warriors engage in sword fights and mounted hunting games, and knights joust to the bitter end - or at least until close. Refreshment and gift stalls will be scattered around the park for those hungry for food and souvenirs.
