The chefs at 1 Malaysia use the finest Welsh ingredients to concoct noodle, curry and rice dishes rich in the cosmopolitan culinary traditions of Kuala Lumpur, creating mouth-watering combinations of spices and vegetables and seasoning their meats and fish with sweet infusions of pepper, soy, coconut, sesame and peanut.
Groupon holders can sample seasonal treats such as a starter of tiger prawns with coconut cream, whizzed egg and lime leaves (£5.25) or skewered char-grilled marinated chicken (£5.25).
