With a name meaning 'whispering woods', Coed-y-mwstwr Golf Club tells tales of rolling countryside lined with mature horse chestnut trees and a walled garden that has been admired since the 19th century. The 18 hole course has been carefully developed over its 18 year history, today happily reclining across 5,738 yards with a par of 69. When bellies begin to rumble, a friendly clubhouse is on-hand with a range of hot meals for sinking hunger with a hole in one.
Groups of two or four can roll along to the course on the outskirts of Bridgend, and embark on a round of golf, getting skills in swing while sampling views across the countryside. Once the final hole has been conquered, victors can enjoy a steaming cup of tea or coffee in the clubhouse.

Great course especially considering parts of it are only three years old. Greens are superb and consistent. Hilly to start but flattens out later, but then this is what makes for such interesting holes. Very friendly clubhouse.
