In either Rest Bay, Porthcawl or Aberavon beach, Port Talbot, budding surfers will enjoy a two hour, instructed lesson. Once wet-suited and booted, boarders will be introduced to the theoretical side of things, with guidance given on posture, stance, and traversing particularly choppy currents. A practical session will follow, letting participants find their feet and attempt to navigate the tide from peak to foam, before emerging in a triumphant upright position.
