Essentials Skin and Beauty Clinic is based right in the cente of Cardiff and is the first clinic in the UK to specialise in this cutting edge technology. To assess your suitability they first carry out a thorough confidential consultation which will involve measuring statistics in the area to be treated. Once you have been made comfortable on our couch, the diode paddles are positioned on the appropriate area, the i-Lipo machine is then switched on for ten minutes (which is the time needed for Lipolysis to occur).
The paddles and lymph diodes are then repositioned up to four times depending on the treatment area, before being removed. The treatment is very comfortable and pain free, the only sensation experienced is that of a gentle warmth. Following the session it is vital to perform exercise as soon as possible (in this case 15 minutes on our power plate). The plate will help to speed up the body’s metabolic rate and by doing so stimulate the natural lymphatic system.
