£16 for £40 Worth of Fine Dining for Two at The Pier & the Pebble

A fine dining restaurant housed in a beautiful Edwardian building perched on a seafront pier, The Pier & the Pebble is a culinary highlight of the Vale of Glamorgan. Boasting an attractive menu and stunning views of the Welsh Riviera, the Pier and the Pebble neatly captures the essential elements of contemporary gastro cuisine. With a wide menu on offer, be spoiled for choice with starters that include chicken liver pate with toast and red currant jelly (£4.95), Cajun chicken skewers and peanut sauce (£4.95) and fishcakes with a poached egg and Hollandaise sauce (£6.95). Moving on, enjoy mains such as wild mushroom risotto (£11.95), mussels marina in a tomato, garlic and chilli sauce served with hand-cut chips (£10.95) or steak salad with mixed leaves, asparagus, new potatoes and sliced grilled rib-eye in a balsamic, wholegrain mustard and beer dressing (£9.95).
